This is a one day course targeting flight crews.  CRM is the study of group dynamics, leadership, interpersonal communication and decision making, and the training will help in the avoidance, management and mitigation of human errors. The workshop will enable aircrews to increase their awareness of the concepts, philosophies and objectives of CRM. 

It is the active process employed by crew members to identify existing and potential threats and to develop, communicate, and implement plans and actions to avoid or mitigate perceived threats. CRM is required training by ICAO for airlines in 185 countries.

Whether you are mandated to take this training, or just want to add to your skills and knowledge, this course will give you extra tools and skills to reduce the possibility of incidents/accidents, and lessen the probability of human error occurring.

This workshop is presented by a flight crew member with over 40  years experience in aviation, including military, domestic and international flying, and meets the requirements of CAR 725.39
