A Safety Management System is just what the name implies, a system that is designed to manage the safety of an organization. The SMS is a comprehensive and detailed set of processes and procedures, that include the reactive and proactive means of protecting the employees and preserving the safety of your aircraft.

The SMS applies to everyone, from top management down to the most junior employee, and the policy is based upon the beliefs and culture of the operation.  Each SMS will be different depending upon the size and scope of the organization.

SMS FOR MANAGERS

This SMS training is geared towards the Accountable Executive, the PRM, managers and anyone who has duties or responsibilities within the SMS program. You will discuss procedures and specific guidelines customized to your operation, to ensure the safety of your employees, equipment, aircraft and assets.

This is the company culture, the system that will increase efficiency and safety, and decrease recurring errors and incidents.

• Incident and Accident reporting

We also look at the QA and Emergency Response plan that you need to be compliant.

SMS FOR WORKERS

A half day training for workers will ensure they are aware of the SMS and how it works, what they can expect from management, and what their roles and responsibilities are within the program.
